When you choose to purchase something from our website you are subject to the following terms and conditions. So please read them carefully prior to purchase,
as once anything has been bought, you are agreeing to abide by these.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on the Bennie & the Jets Ltd website are listed in New Zealand Dollars.
All orders from NZ$60 include free shipping within New Zealand. All pricing is inclusive of GST. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal & direct debit.
The main payment gateways we use is PayPal. It is a secure gateway for online payment and by using this system it means we do not record or collect your credit card details. Your credit card details are processed by our payment processors, PayPal, which are linked to our banks merchant account. It is important to note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal. When you select the credit card option at checkout, this is using the Paypal processing system. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We do not have a physical store. But if your desired item is sold out, please add it to your wishlist or email us on hello@bennieandthejets.co.nz if you are interested in a pre-order and if available, we will let you know about the process.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING PROCESS
Once payment has been received we will confirm your order via the email address you provided during the transaction. We will only ship your products when payment has been received in full. The items are usually shipped within 2-3working days.
We offer a flat $7.00 shipping rate within New Zealand (residential addresses only) and $10.00 shipping to rural addresses. We offer free delivery on all orders over NZ$60.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is important to us, that you feel confident purchasing online at Bennie & the Jets and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. Please contact us on hello@bennieandthejets.co.nz if you have any questions around sizing, colours or to clarify anything else about a product prior to making a purchase, as we’re more than happy to help and love hearing from you!
If for any reason any item you have purchased is not what you expect (wrong colour, size etc.), it can be returned for an exchange, refund or credit note (excluding shipping costs) provided it is in new and saleable condition. Please allow the refund process of 2-3 working days.
Bennie & the Jets does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. Nor are we able to provide refunds for changes of mind - credit note or exchange only. The price of the shipping paid is not credited back. Please note that shipping costs must be covered by the customer
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or credit:
The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
A copy of the order confirmation (printed out email is fine).
The item is returned within 7 days of being received by you.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.
Please advise us as soon as possible upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Bennie & the Jets Ltd goes to great efforts to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending the product/s out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at returns@bennieandthejets.co.nz about the fault.
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Returns & exchanges received outside the above stated time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
We highly recommend sending back your return with a track and trace option or by courier so it won’t get lost in the post! You are responsible for the goods until they are received safely and in new, resalable condition by Bennie & the Jets Ltd.
How to make a return for exchange or refund please follow the below steps:

Contact Bennie & the Jets at returns@bennieandthejets.co.nz to discuss the return request. In the email, tell us the new item/s that you want to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your return.

The return address will be given at the time of contact about the return.
MAILING LIST
By purchasing with Bennie & the Jets Ltd you agree to be added to our email mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link on our newsletter or mailing list emails. Alternatively you can contact us directly at hello@bennieandthejets.co.nz and ask to be removed. Please have unsubscribe in the email subject header.
CONTENT ACCURACY
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.

Employees of Bennie & the Jets Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

Closing date for entry will be Sunday 3pm, 12th of July 2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be chosen at random from the total list of all entrants.

The winner will be notified via Instagram messenger and announced via our Instagram & Facebook Stories within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
